Bean’s Heating and Air provides an Annual Maintenance Agreement to help keep your HVAC system operating at peak efficiency and prevent issues that can cause costly repairs from a poor performing system.
By signing up for our agreement you will receive the following services:
- Inspect and clean air filters (replace as necessary, filters provided by the customer or additional charges may apply)
- Inspect and clean evaporator and condenser coils
- Check refrigerant levels and top off if necessary (additional refrigerant charges may apply)
- Test thermostat operation and recalibrate if needed
- Inspect electrical connections and tighten as needed
- Lubricate moving parts (if applicable)
- Test and adjust system controls
- Inspect and clean condensate drain line and pan
- Inspect ductwork for visible leaks or damage
- Evaluate overall system performance and efficiency
Additional benefits include:
Priority Service
- Customer will receive priority scheduling for any service calls throughout the year.
Discounted Repairs
- Customer will receive a **10% discount** on all parts and labor for any repairs that are necessary during the term of the Agreement.
No Overtime Charges
- No additional fees will be charged for emergency calls outside of normal business hours.
